They faced their first setback after putting up 117 runs on the board. Meanwhile, Phil Salt contributed with an excellent 119 runs on 57 balls. Apart from these two, Liam Livingstone scored 54 runs on 21 balls and Will Jacques added 24 runs to the total in just 9 balls.
West Indies didn’t have a good start while trying to chase a target of 268 runs.. They lost their first wicket on the very first ball with opener Brandon King returning to the pavilion. Nicholas Pooran and Kyle Mayers formed a 32-run partnership in just 10 balls.
